In 1996, TMR Marketing was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission engaged in the buying and selling of Construction Materials

On June 8, 1998, TMR Marketing ventured into computer sales, established SCI Computer Center. That same year the computer business experience a rapid growth that enabled Tyrone Tan and his wife to purchase a small piece of property located at Gardenville Subd., Nivel Hills Lahug.

The property a one hundred fifty six (156) square meters, originally intended as a residential dwelling to the growing family of the couple was bought by a buyer at a very good price. After that, there is no turning back for the couple building and selling houses. To this date, they just transferred to their 39th house and still building townhouses all over Cebu City.

Led by its president Tyrone Tan, and wife Ma. Cristina Tan as vice president, Tyrone Properties and Development Corporation launched Gardenville Townhouses in 2000, and developed fourteen (14) affordable quality townhouses with easy to own payment scheme. All units were sold out even before they were built.

In 2001, Tyrone Properties, by providing excellent management, after sales service, and focusing on customer satisfaction, has earned the loyalty of numerous satisfied customers. Today, its completed and successfully finished projects include, Peacevalley Townhomes six ( 6) units, San Antonio 1 seven ( 7 ) units, Greenplains Estate twelve (12) units, San Antonio II twenty one ( 21 ) units , Mango Green Homes four (4) units, Mango Green Park twelve (12) units, St Martin seven ( 7) units, Feliza Village twelve ( 12 ) units, Holy trinity I 3 units, 8 Paseo Aurora, Ma Luisa Park- 9 bedroom Mediterranean House, and 11 Paseo Lucy, Ma. Luisa Park – 8 bedroom modern american house.

Tyrone Properties also completed projects other than housing like, International Bible College Gymnasium at Banawa, Cebu City, Base Christian School at Lapu-Lapu City, Era Colleges at Cordoba, Lapu-Lapu, and Cordia Call Center at IT Park Cebu City.

Tyrone Properties’ ongoing projects include Holy Trinity II, Ma. Cristina Place in Mandaue City, Green Valley Townhouses, One Mirasol Place in Cebu City, beside Chong Hua Hospital, Reuben’s Haven in Talamban across Maryville Subdivision, and an eight (8) storey condominium building at Floremer, Cebu
